I'm not sure if this is still a thing, but if you're in a situation where you're being abused, whether it's by your partner or anyone, next time you go to the hospital you draw a large black dote in the center of your left palm and the doctor will see you in private to ask if you need to leave. Message me in private if you need to find the domestic abuse line (I'm sure there is one.) and I can send it to you, or if you just need to get your frustrations out t someone somewhere.  It's not okay to let this happen, you need to get out of that situation as fast as possible. Woman shelters, men's shelters (I have no idea if none binary shelters are a thing but I'm pretty sure the shelters are organize by your sex not gender, idk) SO GET OUT OF THERE AS SOON AS YOU CAN! Of course it's easier said then done, but do ut for yourself. Bceause it's your body and you deserve better. Many, such as myself, find comfort and solace in it. I find peace in the sound of waves crashing into the shore. A beautifully hypnotizing trick. \n\nAs beautiful as the sea can be, it also holds many secrets. It's dangerous and deadly. Mental health has a lot in common with the big blue beautiful sea.\n\nIt's a fact, that we have only discovered about 5 percent of the ocean, leaving most of it unknown, untouched. Untamed. \n\nMental health, I find to be still troubling and full of questions. Yes, their is science behind it and we may know more than ever about how a depressed mind works. But still, mental health is the cause of many dismay, harm, sleepless nights and suicide.\n\nIt can clutch you at your weakest, without you even knowing it, and drag you down to the deep dark depths of it's game, leaving you feeling lost and blue. Before you know it, you have no clue how you ended up here, without a way out. You may try to crack the code of it, I know I have, but I am no where near the shore to safety. \n\nThe sharks smell blood, coming closer and closer to you. You feel alone. Lost in this big open space filled with unknown death. You wish you could be free but you aren't. It's sad.\n\nThe mind is a very beautiful thing. Creative, smart, and purely magical with what it can do.
