internet\n\n     Taking in every negative word that \n\n     These teens and adults threw at me. \n\n     It was dragging me into a dark place\n\n     That I never knew existed\n\n     I began doing things to myself\n\n     That caused my mental pain to \n\n     increase. \n\n     But the physical pain\n\n     Distracted me for awhile\n\n     Before it became an addiction.\n\n     Self-harm was the only thing\n\n     That I turned to and trusted.\n\n     Because I was alone and unloved.\n\n     With no one there for me.\n\n     I kept this a secret for so long.\n\n     Thinking things would get better.\n\n     But everything went for the worse.\n\n     The bullying became more frequent.\n\n     My family was turning against me.\n\n     And all I wanted was to be happy.\n\n     I decided to try and take my life.\n\n     My thoughts were only about happiness.\n\n     Just wanting to get rid of this pain,\n\n     Loneliness and emptiness that I was feeling.\n\n     I wasn't successful and I was taken away\n\n     To a place where my depression only got worse.\n\n     Medicine was taken every day to take away this feeling\n\n     And I had to talk to someone about everything that happened.\n\n     Even though I wasn't being truthful about what's going on.\n\n     Throughout my childhood and teenage years.\n\n     Things only got much more difficult.\n\n     lost plenty of friends.\n\n     Never had a real relationship\n\n     Because I was used and cheated on.\n\n     Self-harmed even more\n\n     And tried to take my life a few more times.\n\n     Now I'm nineteen In my family, there is a favorite child.\n\n    My parents always do everything for her.\n\n    And she's two years younger than me.\n\n    She had a big graduation.\n\n    With people who love her.\n\n    She got plenty of scholarships.\n\n    And got accepted into a big college.\n\n    I am proud of her and would support her\n\n   In anything that she does.\n\n   But I feel like an outcast \n\n   Because I never got the things that she's gotten.\n\n   I wouldn't call it jealously.\n\n  Just a broken heart.\n\n  All I ever wanted was to be loved.\n\n  To have friends who wouldn't leave me.\n\n  That actually wanted to be around me.\n\n  A family who accepts me and loves me.\n\n  Who doesn't do everything for one child.\n\n  I may be nineteen and an adult now.\n\n  But I am still a
