"first_page_text": "What sucks the most is being so unbelievably lonely you can’t sleep. No one wanting the real you. Not knowing how to change that. Feeling this deep loss in the pit of your stomach and never even knowing what it is that’s gone. That burning stinging pain behind your eyes as they fill with tears when you consider that it just might not be in the cards for you. That people get to fake it all the time for entertainment not knowing what a mockery they make of people like me. What sucks the most is being alone with no end in sight and no light at the end of the tunnel. I guess the heart is like any muscle, I haven’t used it so it’s weak and why would you want a weak slow heart? I sure don’t.\n\n",
