"first_page_text": "\nChapter 1: Moving into the looming house\nThe bright and the blazing sun smiles as it welcomes a new day. Today is the day that happens once in a blue moon, we are finally moving out of this βoldβ house. I was feeling gloomy after saying the last goodbye to the house after the great memories we made there. We bought the new house as it was a good deal. As soon as I saw the new house, I felt uncomfortable and chilled to the bones. I wanted to recoil in terror after I saw the house, but yet I donβt believe in ghosts, so I thought to myself it could be a abandoned house. After we went into the house, it was a royal house, so I started feeling a little comfortable. The same night my sixth sense started tingling that something is wrong in the basement. As I said, I didnβt believe in ghosts, so I started feeling intrepid, I just went in like a fool, as I thought no one was there. I realised this was the first time my senses started to tingle. I was nonplussed and turned white with fear. I started hallucinating things and eventually I got a panic attack and was paralysed. I woke up at six in the morning lying down in the basement. I had a severe headache. My school bus came early so I didnβt wake up my mother and went to school without telling her. In school, I couldnβt concentrate with the things revolving around my head, I thought I fainted but didnβt because I couldnβt remember anything that happened in school. When my mom saw my condition, she was moments away from fainting. She asked what happened, I said, nothing just didnβt get much sleep. I instantly went to sleep after the conversation.\nChapter 2: Invitation to the new house\nWeeks went by, after that everything was back to until today. I donβt know what happened today but my friends wanted to come over. Four of my friends were requesting and their names were Lucas, Mike, Bill & Dustin. I told them fine but I have to take permission from my mother. After I came home my first words were βcan my friends come overβ, my mom replied in positive. They came over and I told them the incident, they listened quietly as they found it interesting. I showed them the way to the basement just, the door in my room leading down to the basement. They explored it and my friend Dustin thought that he saw a opening. I replied with where? Then he forcefully kicked it. I was really lucky that wasnβt an actual wall or else with that force the wall would have cracks on it. We went in the diabolical room. We saw a disturbing sight, we saw a well and a trail of blood leading into the well like people bleeding were dragged into it. Suddenly everyone started seeing their biggest fears, I saw the person, whom I saw when I had panic attack. After a minute or two it stopped, after all it was an illusion. We started levitating and teleported into a room. Everyone started to quail with fear. I said that it is an illusion like the last one. We realised the room was made with televisions, the televisions started and we saw the same silhouette figure of the man I saw, but now it was really clear. I could clearly see it, he was a person with a black bodysuit but it was dead I know it as the suit was tore apart at some areas. I could see bones with dry skin and its red eyes piercing through my soul. Whatever it was saying we couldnβt hear it as the sound was so high we were deafened. We were teleported to somewhere again, that place was my room, i felt something it was like a cut by a knife and the pain was as deep as the sea. My mom came in, I didnβt want to tell as she told me that they were going somewhere in an emergency and said βI know you will manageβ, as I was of a big age now. As soon as they went, we rushed to their room and took out all the medical stuff and attempted to fix the cut, it was hurting but the bleeding stopped.\n\nChapter 3: The horrific illusions\nAfter Parents came back, I told them about it. They didnβt believe me until I showed them the wound. They asked how did this happen, I told them the whole story. They bought holy water and sprinkled it everywhere in the house. At the same exact night, I woke up and immediately teleported somewhere again and saw the figure again, this time it was now a white figure and it was disembodied. I thought what if there are two of them, I started shivering at the thought. It finally ended, I sighed and teleported to my bed again and woke up to the sound of my alarm. The bus came, I want to school. My knees turned to jelly when I heard this from my friends that they saw an illusion too. Mike explained his as a zombie with one eye missing and he also stumbled upon my house in that illusion.\nI donβt know why? But Dustin, Lucas & Bill donβt remember theirs. It is all connecting to my house. I realised that if theyβd as it why didnβt my parents see it. After sometime when I got home there was an inexplicable stench. I followed the smell, it was leading to the basement. As soon as I stepped in, I heard a distorted voice saying βdonβt come in or you will pay for it and my mission is to slaughter every child in this townβ. I was scared to death and ran to my room thinking it would stop but it didnβt. I was hearing a loud frequency that was so annoying. It finally stopped and I sighed in relief. When I exited the basement, my friends were there, I asked them if they heard any sound and they said they didnβt hear any sound. I replied with forget it. They brought a rope to go down the well. I thought they have gone mad but I had to do something to stop the mission of βitβ. I asked them if we can do it tomorrow as it is schoolβs holiday.\nChapter 4: The adventure in the well\nThe angry sky roared and threw luminescent rays across the sky. Tomorrow they came back and we started planning. We put the essentials in a backpack including medical kits, a bat, etc. Lucas brought a katana from his nearby shop, a knife, food, a blank book, water, some blankets and pillows. We tied the rope to the wall and climbed down, I almost lost control but managed to control myself. After we got down to the bottom, we saw a lot of things that were capable of killing like a shredder, a chainsaw, etc. We got to know it was a really evil entity. I got scared that if we didnβt stop this the poor infants will die. After exploring, we realised Mike was missing and when we found him there, he was smeared with blood on his face. When we asked what happened, he said that he was teleported to an area and he saw the Zombie again, but this time the Zombie attacked him. The Zombie pushed him onto a metal fence making him bleed, he tried fight back but he couldnβt. Fortunately, we were carrying the medical kit. We fixed him and started going ahead. We ended up in a drain that was full of yellow water. The drain led to a large room. We looked up and saw hundreds of dead children floating in the air and suddenly we started hearing a scary sound. A door opened in front of us, showing two of the ghosts but yet again an illusion. We were too scared so we came back up, to take a break. It was late night, so my friends went home.\nChapter 5: My missing brother\nThe sky was suddenly dreary because the glum clouds enveloped it. Next day, I suddenly became ill and decided not to go to school. My friends came after school, we found out that if we can talk to ghosts we are a clairvoyant. We went back in, now this experience was different. While going down we saw another opening but we didnβt reach the bottom yet, so we decided to go through the opening that we found while going down. When we reached there, we heard someone walking behind us. It was like a swish except, I also heard footsteps. It was my brother who went missing 3\n\nyears ago. I was not sure if it was an illusion again and pushed him away from me. He was step by step tuning into the figure. βItβ grabbed my neck and started chocking me and made my stomach churn. My friends started hitting βitβ with the bat and it finally released my neck. I saw two in the illusion, but four of them came from the back put my friends on hostage. βItβ said if you all leave I will spare your friends and you. Bill threw the bat towards me. I picked it up and hit βitβ. They started to speak a language we couldnβt understand and ran away. Lucas said βAre they scared of us?β And I replied βfor nowβ. We ran as fast as our legs could carry just to find a secret room. That had thousands of chambers and there were alive children in 6 of the chambers. I stepped forward to save them. They all said βit could be a trap and they are luring you into it. I was thinking to myself if it is real or fake, I still have to save them. I ran and started to open each manual lock door, while my friends tried to open other chambers. All the children came out and decided to participate to stop the mission.\nChapter 6: Trying to stop the mission with the new crew\nWe ran with agility only to get teleported in front of the same door that the two ghosts came out of. I was having trepidation, the door opened again except now there was a supernatural being in it who we thought was a illusion but it was not. We shouted, βWe are not scared of youβ. Only to find out he was behind this all. He came closer, grabbed a kid by the neck and opened his mouth. His mouth had hundreds of sharp teeth behind the layer of permanent teeth. We saw three balls of light. When he left the kidβs neck she started floating and joined the others levitating above. I was holding the bat behind my back. I hit him with it, it didnβt affect him. He grabbed my neck opened his mouth to do the same he did to the other kids, but Lucas hit him with the knife. It back fired; his nails grew and became as sharp as a tigerβs claw. We were in an ordeal, he charged towards Lucas but Lucas was always good at sports he dodged it. We ran through the drain again but the supernatural being didnβt follow us. We decided to stay in the drains only as it was the only safe place. The nightmare of Mike, βthe Zombieβ rose-up and started to drown us in the water. But, I stabbed the zombie with the knife resulting it to finally perish. We discovered a room built into it. We brought pillows and blankets so we decided to stay there. We started to make plans on the blank book. I was thinking to myself minute after another, why are we staying here in this situation?\nChapter7: The ritual of the ancient era to kill the supernatural being\nWe were just studying about the ritual to kill the exact same supernatural being in school, that tells us that this has happened before. We needed nothing to perform the ritual, we just needed to say some other languageβs words. Hereβs the hard part, we needed a sacrifice. I was ready to be the sacrifice. Lucas had a smart idea, what if we made him believe he was the sacrifice because it also said in the notes that to convince him we have to make him believe it. We started to ready up for the ritual. As soon as we left the room, we saw it waiting at the start of the drain, so we decided to go the other way around. When we reached there he was not there. We held our hands together but two of us were not holding hands. We made a gateway so it could enter. βMake it believeβ. We said you are an important person, you may come in. He actually believed it and came in. Now he came in, so we said βyou are the sacrificeβ. This didnβt go as planned, he replied with βdonβt you know about what happened after the ritualβ. We looked at each other nonplussed and petrified, we were as confused as a new born baby. He continued saying βit backfired he actually became strongerβ. He decimated every single one who was doing it. We were looking at each other not know what to do. He took me and teleported to a room. Next time I woke up, I was chained to the wall with the supernatural being in front of me. I think he slapped me, I am not sure because I wasnβt in my senses.\n\nChapter 8: The diabolical battle number 1\nNext thing I remember, I woke up to my friend opening the door of the room. They all were equipped with weapons. They started hitting the supernatural being and Bill came from the back. Attempted to release me and eventually did. He handed me the bat and hit him as hard as a rock. Then in a blink of the eye, he turned into thin air. We were on the lookout for him. After some boring minutes of finding him, we found him. Sitting on the chair and looking up to all the levitating children. He said βlook at this journey and my creationsβ, on the other hand my friends were panicking so I knew this was an illusion. I hit my head with the bat to find out he was opening his mouth to eat the children. Now, there was me who hit him with the bat. I donβt know this hit actually hurt him. He flew away like a bird. I realised he didnβt have any wings to make him fly, he was nowhere in our sights now. We started looking for him again. This supernatural being was so sneaky, it kept getting out of our hands. Then we caught him red handed, feeding on some children. I was disgusted, I charged him focusing all on his face. I didnβt care about my feet being smeared in blood. I realised there were ashes on the ground. I hit him with the bat but, the bat went straight through him. I realised it was a hologram. I looked at my friends, they pointed behind me. I saw him rising from the ashes.\nChapter 9: The final battle\nHe grabbed my two hands stretched them and kicked me, resulting me into smashing the wall and going through it. On the other hand, my friends didnβt care about the supernatural being, they straight away came for me, to check if I wasnβt dead. I was bleeding from the nose but quickly wiped it with my shirt and stood up. Some of us went from the door and the other two from the back door. The two from the back door held his hand firmly. The supernatural being tried to tackle it but some of us who came from the front door, we hit him with the bat, multiple amount of times. He tackled it and started running, we started following it. We including βitβ reached the drain. He hesitated to go in it but he went. We didnβt hesitate as we had already gone in it. We ran with agility leading into the entrance of the well, which is the room with the tools in it like the shredder, etc. I realised we had a katana. I pulled the katana out of the bag and stabbed him. My hands were of the colour black as the supernatural beings blood was of the colour black. He with all the pain started going back and I realised his hand was in the shredder. I ran as fast as my legs could carry so he couldnβt even react and turned on the shredder. We finally ended it all and killed it.\nChapter 10: The cause of this rare occurrence\nWhile coming up I was thinking what an odyssey it had been. When we came out of the well my parents were there. After seeing our condition, they started to hue and cry and rushed to the family doctor. Thank god, we were fine but we asked the doctor if this was frequent. He said that the house was haunted and there was a revenant but died at a short age due to suicide. We asked the reason he said that he used to get bullied at school and took the easy way out. I thought to myself thatβs why he wanted to kill children and killed my brother. We also informed the police about it, so no other family buys that house and put fences around the house to prevent any animals to go inside. After that we decided to move out to another house and this time we would check the REVIEWS and even if itβs expensive, we will still buy it.",
