"description": "अंग्रेज़ी शब्द बोलते ही नसों में जैसे ...रईसी दौड़ने लगती है । अगर किसी ने अंग्रेज़ी का एक शब्द भी बोल दिया तो वो अपने आप को विश्व प्रसिद्ध रईस से कम नहीं समझता , भले ही बाक़ी का पूरा वाक्य हिंदी में ही बोला हो । \n बात ये नहीं है की मुझे अंग्रेज़ी पसंद नहीं , जो भाषा मुझे नापसंद है वो संवाद पड़कर आपको भी नापसंद हो जाएगी । संवाद-\n फ़लाँ आदमी - भई , आज ना जाने क्यों पेट में तेजबियत सी हो रही है ।\n दूसरा आदमी -तुम जैसे गवारों को हमारे जैसे स्मार्ट लोगों की इंग्लिश नहीं पचती ।( एक शब्द -smart अंग्रेज़ी के बोल दिया तो अपने आप को बहुत बदा रईस समझते है , भले ही उनके लिए smart शब्द का मतलब बालों में जेल और बदन में परफ़्यूम हो )।\n फ़लाँ आदमी - कुछ ज़्यादा नहीं हो रहा ? मान तो कर रहा है की अभी तुम्हारे ऊपर गाड़ी चड़ा दें ।\n दूसरा आदमी - हूँ -तुम जैसे गंवार लोग तो गाड़ी से सफ़र करते हैं , गाड़ी शब्द सुनते ही ऐसा लगता है जैसे बैलगाड़ी हो । हम जैसे बड़े लोग कार में चलते हैं । \n ये गाड़ी और कार के अंतर की बात तो भले ही चूरन के साथ पच भी जाए , लेकिन आज कल के लोगों की वहट्सप्प वाली भाषा तो पचाने में बड़ी भारी होती है , ना जाने किस ग्रह पर ये भाषा खाई और पचाई जाती होगी ।\n वैसे भाषाओं की बात करते ही एक और बात याद आयी - इस देश में शायद ही कुछ ऐसे लोग होंगे जो शुद्ध हिंदी या फिर शुद्ध अंग्रेज़ी बोलते होंगे । जो शुद्ध हिंदी बोलते हैं वे गंवार की श्रेणी में हो जाएँगे और जो शुद्ध अंग्रेज़ी बोलते होंगे उनसे कहा जाएगा - अंग्रेज़ी झाड़ रहा है । वैसे इस तरह के लोग बहुत कम ही मिलेंगे , क्योंकि ऐसे बहुत काम ही लोग है जिन्होंने आज़ादी के समय अपने घर के किसी अंग्रेज़ी सैनिक को कुत्ते के रूप में पाला होगा , और वो कुत्ता अंग्रेज़ी शब्द भौंकता होगा और उस घर के लोग उन शब्दों को सुन -सुनकर अपनी अंग्रेज़ी का शब्दकोश बड़ाते होंगे ।\n संस्कृत भाषा का तो और भी बुरा हाल है ( भारत में )। संस्कृत तो सिर्फ़ स्कूलों और मंदिरों तक सीमित रह गयी है । ऊपर से मंदिरों में भी असली से ज़्यादा ढोंगी पंडित रहते हैं । लेकिन आम जनता असली और ढोंगी के बीच में अंतर करने में अपना समय बर्बाद नहीं करते है , क्योंकि जनता के हिसाब से तो जिस पंडित ने प्रशाद दिया और अपने वाक्य में दो चीजों- ॐ, अः का प्रयोग कर लिया , वही असली पंडित है ।तो भाषाओं के इन जंगलों से बचने के लिए ज़्यादातर व्यक्ति जिस रामबाण भाषा का उपयोग करते है वह भाषा है -हिंग्लिश ।और जो व्यक्ति हिंग्लिश नहीं बोलते है वे कहते है -हम विदेश से पढ़ लिखकर आएँगे और भारत को सुधारेंगे । उन में से कई लोग मोबाइल पर गेम खेल -खेलकर भारत को सुधार रहे है और जो विदेश जाते है उन में से ज़्यादातर लोग वापस नहीं आते , क्योंकि वे विदेश में किसी न्यूज़ स्टूडीओ में पाँव पर पाँव रखे भारत को एक undeveloped देश बताते हैं ।असल में ये सब चीज़ें इसलिए होती हैं क्योंकि भारत में दो शब्द -मात्रप्रेम और मातृभाषा वेंटिलेटर पर पड़े है , और इनके पास जान बचाने के लिए किसी को रिश्वत देने के पैसे तो बचे नहीं क्योंकि इन दोनों शब्दों को तो भारत के लोगों ने कंगाल करके छोड़ दिया है । इसलिए जो लोग विदेश जाते है वो मान में यही सोचते हैं -“इन शब्दों की शव यात्रा में जाने से तो अच्छा है की ...विदेश चले जाएँ ।”\n",
